Montrose,PA Benefit Tack Sale, chicken BBQ and Horses for sale preview Northeastern PA 4H Horse and Pony Club, Rough and Ready Riders, announces that they will be holding a benefit Tack Sale (not an auction) and Chicken BBQ on Saturday, April 5th, 2008. Unity Stables, home of Rough and Ready Riders, located in Montrose, PA, will be holding an Open House and Horses For Sale preview in conjunction with the event. Individuals can consign their horse related items, with the club receiving 20% commission, and a max of $50/item. Equine related businesses and vendors, can rent space for $30 to advertise or sell independently. Chicken BBQ halves are available for $5.00 and pre-orders are recommended. A 4H Club food stand will also be serving hot foods and baked goods. The event will run from 9:30 until 2:30. Both Unity Stables and privately owned horses of all types and offered for sale can be viewed and demonstrations will be available. Unity Stables is located just south of Binghamton, NY. |
